Allianz, a Travel Insurance Under-Writer, underwent a drastic cultural shift when they moved into a 50,000 sq ft former K-Mart. The project included exposing the existing structure and flooring, increasing window sizes, and rotating windows to maximize the natural light. Additional work was completed in 2012 including an Awards Wall and re-planned Security Doors.
