As a small tech startup Greenbrick presented with the typical budget constraint. Located in the miesian tower at 305 King, and in tight square footage, we utilized floor to ceiling glass walls with little drywall to transfer the natural light through to the internal meeting rooms 

Benching was surrounded by a tech wall of tv’s used to monitor the teams progress. 

T-bar was removed and flooring stripped to expose the concrete floor and concrete waffle ceiling - capitalizing on the beauty of the 1960’s building structure and continuous floor to ceiling glass.
