Perimeter Head Office

Kitchener, Ontario

A 4 story 1890's former furniture store in the core of downtown Kitchener was redeveloped into Perimeter's Head Office. Perimeter's objective was to relocate centrally to further their commitment to the development of the downtown fabric. A 2 storey space was created to accommodate up to 14 team members. An interconnecting stair was cut into the back of the building space. Custom millwork conducive to the program included extensive stonework reflective of the Perimeter brand.

A central open kitchen in the lower level serves as an all hands space and location for informal meetings. White marble is repeated throughout the space

Floors are stacked such that work spaces, reception and offices are in the upper level and meeting spaces, both closed and open, are in the lower area
